A Mirror

by

Uzma Sadaf

The pieces of my self have scatter every where
There was a mirror which has now shattered into thousand pieces
No reflection is complete
Some pieces have changed into shadows
There reflections have darkness in them
Some are lying in the sharp sun
The reflections have also hidden from the eyes
In some pieces is the divided personality
The broken pen, the spreading ink, a few drop of blood
A few pieces of ice, the cut off fingers
The faded writing and a few words
Quite broken words
A half told story of a half personality
The pieces tell only this story
Beyond that there is the end of the writing
Every thing has finished
There was a mirror which has broken into thousand pieces.
