Here you see the pattern taped to the bench with a piece of wood 1/2" x 3/4" square stop running down the right side of the design, there is one on the bottom of the window forming a square that you will see in later pictures. This pattern will be reproduced 8 times and many of the pieces are identical so by getting this drawn on computer and printed on a plotter, it is accurate to 1/200 of an inch, serious over kill but great for mass cutting with jigs where the piece of glass can be reproduced exactly the same many times over.
