The Writer's Voice

Forever

by

Tyler Bateman

When I say Forever
I don't mean until I die
It means that I will hold you
In Heaven as we fly

I not only speak of years to come
I speak of centuries ago
When unicorns ran through the fields
I swore I'd never let you go

Now I find your soul again
Our love as strong as lives before
Others say they've been in love
But we are so much more

Our Destinies have been fulfilled
Our souls have met again
Our Love travels through time with us
To take away our pain

I've known this love forever
Our love is meant to last
When I say forever I mean
Future, present, past
