Take Me Home

by

Rusty Broadspear

Take me home, I’m so afraid

I follow shadows, ghosts not laid.

Take my hand and lay with me

Hold me close and stay with me.

I want you dear, I want you mine

Securely feeling limbs entwine

To run my finger down your spine

Alone, together, clandestine.

To hold your face within my hands

Whilst penetrating private lands.

Take me home and be with me

Entangled in torrid majesty.

As I burst forth my love to you,

Loving close the whole night through,

I breathe your body, read your mind

As you receive then you will find.

So take me home where we should be

Give in, believe, with honesty.

Take me home I’m so afraid,

Lost, forgotten, betrayed, dismayed.
