Inconsistencies

by

Rusty Broadspear

So many inconsistencies
They say they're right, goodside,
Yet kill
Yet send folk, (like us), to be killed.
Say they're right,
When they take holidays,
In cocooned safedom.
Whilst they release folk, (like us),
From dictators
And leave them, (yep, just like us),
With indiscriminate mass killings.
Pretty much what they were used to
But now, with raised expectations.
Nations eh?
Might work out in the end
And everyone happy,
Apart from the dead ones.
