Schizophrenic’s Lament

by

Richard C. Wall

So many kisses and so many caresses come rushing back to me when I say the
name of the one who came and took my heart away.
So many hours of the time I count as ours are near and dear to the name of the
one who came and took my heart away.
So many a word can make echoes be heard when the phrase that replays is that
of the one who is near and dear to me.
So many tears cried in so many mirrors fall shamelessly down as I blamelessly
drown in the days that she made love to me.
