You @ Me

by

Marion Medley

I think that I shall never see
A poem as lovely as you@me.

Across the ether's flowing breast
We press our hearts till they caress
To know the other's tenderness.

A poem that lives to love all day
And lift itself in child's play.

A poem that may in sweet despair
Cry for the one whose love they share.

Such poems are made by lovers like me
But only Love made you@me.
