Never Forget

By

Lynn Gavilanes

I remember him,
My one true love.
Time has gone,
But life moves on.
I walk along,
The cliffs at night,
My white flowing gown,
My wind blown hair,
My golden eyes,
which do not care.
It comes to me,
Love, lost and gone.
I pray to him,
I won't be long.
Waves crest down below,
as dawn breaks through,
I'm not alone.
I pray to him,
I won't be long.
