Still in Love With You

by

Little Nikita

Left alone with nothing but the memories of what we had

Trying to forget it all, throwing away the good with the bad,

Missing you like crazy, I’m still in love with you,

But there’s nothing, not a thing that I can do

I loved you enough to step back and let you move on,

Smiled when I should have cried and broken down,

Unable to face you one more day

It wouldn’t have worked any other way.

Had to leave and disappear out of your life,

Couldn’t bare to see you make her your wife.

Hope she makes you happy and is good to you

With her maybe your love can be true.

I know she’s carrying your baby; she’ll be a Mum

And I’m trying not to hate you for what you’ve done

You threw away all our years for one night of fantasy

Then turned this nightmare into my reality.
