Worried

by

Jonathan Isenor

Lying here thinking of you,
You haven't called like you said you would,
I couldn't sleep half of the night,
I kept having nightmares.

You were supposed to call last night,
Something feels wrong here,
I've been worrying all day,
I miss you.

I just wish you would call,
Just to let me know you're okay,
I woke up this morning,
Without you and my stomach in knots,

God I miss you,
I just wish you'd call like you said you would.
