Mother-In-Law

by

Jack Mann

My wife’s mother is special
Unlike any I ever saw
She is more like a good friend
Than like a mother in-law

Always there when you need her
Ready and willing to give
Like she was blessed by an angel
With a life full of love to live.

It is a blessing to have her live here
I thank God every day for her joy
For she has brought us much wisdom
And love for every girl and boy

When her time on earth has ended
I know God has a special place
For all the mother in-laws
That are unique to the human race.
