Compassion is nothing but peace and happiness
It brings joy, friendship, and the hope for new beginnings
Yet discrimination is war and prejudice
It brings tears and thoughts of ending life
These both exist in our world
This battle shall never end
For both sides are fighting too hard
One day people will realize that one is better than the other
Even though it may not be the easiest way out
