Confused Love

by

Dianne Mary Hamilton

I look for answers to find in my sleep.

But its a secret that no one can keep.

The twists and turns are cautions to stop.

But when there's love there is no way to stop.

I try to tell.

But the time is up.

No one can hear you.

But only the devil.

It's hard and shallow.

But know one can tell.

You hide it well.

But people can talk.

There's no one around.

But you still walk.

You try to hush.

But it slips.

It's your own fault.

But not the kids.
