Long ago on heaven's throne
Angelic host of God be known
As Lucifer on angel's wing
Waged a war against the King
One-third of heaven's angelic host
Unite in battle, took their post
Against the sovereign, throne of God
Upon the sacred ground they trod
Michael with his blazing sword
Out-stretched arms before his Lord
Entered battle with Apollyon
One swift blow, the Dragon's fallen
Echoed these words from the King
Hallelujah, angels sing
Perfect one did you not know?
I’d Cast thee down, to earth you’d go.
Seize your army, leave My home
Until My Son comes, you shall roam
The earth is yours, you cannot flee
Keeper of the keys.
