A Single Mother

by

Cinnamon Brown

You should have told me that you were going to leave me out here alone

I would have switched it up and left you alone

Why didn't you let me know that you were not ready to be a man

You could have made me understand

Now I am alone queen to a prince

Without my king no throne to call my own, alone
